Admission Process

Admission Process:

  • Home district IEP team determines that alternative placement is necessary for student success.
  • A referral is made to the Principal of Evolve Academy by the Director of Special Education to determine appropriateness of placement.
  • Evolve principal may do an off-site observation of the perspective student.
  • IEP team convenes for Change of Placement meeting.
  • Necessary documents received as well as the on-line registration process completed.
